The school will not store any medication for the following school year. Any medications not picked up by a parent/guardian will be discarded.

Coming To Mahone…CASH-FREE REGISTERS!
Beginning fall 2017, we will no longer take cash at the lunchroom registers. We will no longer have money in our registers. This means that students will not be allowed to pay for lunches on a daily basis at the registers. This also includes any students wishing to purchase lunch “extras” at the registers. Lunch money must be in the students account. There is “no credit” (pay tomorrow for todays lunch) nor are we allowed to give students food.
Parents,
All lunch accounts will need to be managed through MySchoolBucks.com. If you do not have Internet access, students bringing cash or checks must be for weekly lunches not daily lunches meaning students will not be allowed to fill out an envelope daily. Envelopes must be filled out and turn it into the main office before 9:00am. Any cash turned in after this time, will not be accessible until the following day.
Again, we highly encourage all parents to use MySchoolBucks.com. Remember this program is like a bank account and will take up to 24 hours for the money to show in your childs lunch account. Our lunch ladies can tell your child what his/her balance is on the account if inquired. However, it is your responsibility to monitor this account.
